Trying to find out what happened to Alexander Petrie born March 1871 Bellie Morayshire Scotland..He is on the 1871 census with his mother Hannah Petrie aged one month, 1881 census aged 10, he also has a brother Charles on the 1881 census aged one..Hannah has married in 1881 to John Mcrae...Charles has gone with Hannah and John Mcrae but no sign of Alexander in 1891 who would have been about 20...Alexander appears on the 1901 census aged 28 living with his uncle William Petrie (his mother Hannah's brother) but nothing after this..

Thats Alexander listed on the 1891 census (same family as on the 1901 census)

Looked at the 1911 and there are 2 Alexander Petries aged between 38 - 40 in Aberdeen....Not too sure if this is him, as he has been living in Bellie Morayshire all his life..As a last resort I may have to purchase..
