Find Ancestors

I am looking for the birth or baptism of John Harvey Kempton Bond. I have already got his marriage certificate and it showes his marriage to Rebecca Barlow on 14/8/1844 in Charlton Kent
His father given as John Rush Bond and hers as James Barlow. I have tried the IGI but that only gives his marriage. Thanks in advance

Having read through, it wasn't actually probate but letter of administration.

John Rust Bond died intestate died 25 November 1826.

In 1820 he had entered into his business as mast and block makers with his three brothers - William Robert Bond, James Perrin Bond and Thomas Durley Bond. They were all now dead by 1848 - Thomas Durley being the most recent in February 1848. It was due to the winding up of his affairs that Ann (John Rust's widow) had to sign papers confirming that John Rust Bond's estate had been less that £100.

Burial was 8 March 1872 on original burial record. When I looked at the image I notice his mother Ann was buried the same day.

I must agree there seems to be a bit of transcribing error in London Deaths and Burials as both dates are 1871
