How do I begin to find my natural parent(s) ?

You obtain your adoption papers, to find your birth name.

The papers will almost certainly name your mother, but whether your father is named will depend on the circumstances.

BUT..............by far the best way to proceed is to contact Social Services, and ask them for guidance........and possible support in this search.

If you already know your birth name, add yourself to the national adoption contact register.
