Thank you Stuart. Hmmmmm Hurley is something to conjure with. I can see where it was mis-transcribed as it sound the same (with regional accents). Wonder if there was a marriage approx 1837? |

FreeBMD reports Elizabeth Earley as registered June quarter Marlboro (Wilts) 1840. The family do not seem to appear in the 1841 census but I can find them (minus her mother!) in the 1851. Her father is called James and I believe her mother is Ann. Is anyone able to see her family in 1841 or her baptism if this happened in Wilts? |
