Hello Elliot, I'd suggest you buy the marriage certificate of Frederick and MAtilda May to find out his age, occupation, father's details (if he knew him).

Since I'm here (and you lot are so brilliant) I don't suppose anyone can get any similar info on my biggest enigma - I know loads about my great grandmother Matilda May Leeds born 1896 in Teynham, Faversham, but absolutely zero about her husband, Frederick Rogers!!! They married in paddington in 1922 and had two children Frederick Rogers born 1922 and Phillip Rogers born 1926. Matilda had already given birth to my Grandad (Alan Leeds) back in a Kent workhouse (Milton Union) in 1920 and she ended up giving all three boys up :-/ but I don't know why.

Hi all!

I hate to admit defeat, but I've tried everything I can think of to find this one and shes proving very tricky!

Janette Whiting is who Im searching for. I know she married William Albert Augustus Bishop in March 1862 in Holborn, they had at least four kids (Janette, Albert Edward, Alice & Emily) and I know she died in Pancras in Dec 1879. But this is all the info I have!
Her death record says she was 44yrs old when she died so that would put her birth around 1835.

Please help!!! :-/
