so as i start to put this in some order do you think perey was born manchester moved to north yorkshire nr northalerton darlington area or i am looking for percy fredrick powner wed to elizabeth t dunne in darlington my head is in a big muddddle and meal now burnt i have just been told it was northalerton he lived and he was in the army most of his working life. and when he died his wife lived in darlington
