Hi all could i ask if anyone can help me to find the marriage of John Roberts to a lady called Christina, they were my 4 x gt grandparents. John was born about 1796 & Christina 1820 in Scotland, John died in 1869 Christina in 1864 both Altrincham Cheshire. I have them in 1861 census south st sale cheshire John 64 gardener Christina 42, John 17 son, Sarah 15 dau, Mary 12 dau, Thomas 9 son & lastly William 4 (my 3xgt grandfather) so now need marriage for John & Christina to go further back any help appreciated

I bought the death cert a couple of weeks ago hoping it may have Christinas maiden name all it had was died Sale Nook Sale aged 44 on 6 Jan 1864 husband John (gentlemans gardener) present at death.
