LRO Search help for Fulwood Workhouse Preston

Help required to search at LRO

I live in Australia and am trying to find out information on a child who died at the Fulwood Workhouse in 1871 (parents unknown according to death certificate), however, I know who the parents were as I have the birth certificate, I've found out that there are records of the masters accounts, some admission records and guardians minute books and ledgers at the LRO which need to be searched in person, I've tried contacting two record agents via email which the LRO sent me and unfortunately have had no reply.

Would anyone know if there is someone who would be willing to do a search for me at the LRO who is reliable and trustworthy, I am happy to pay a fee for their service, if anyone is able to help I will give more details on the search later.

If no one else can help I have a meeting just around the corner from the RO at the end of the month. I'll only have a couple of hours to spare but if you don't get another volunteer would be willing to give it a go.

Have you searched the online catalogue (LANCAT) to see if there is any mention of the family/person?

Hello Flip thank you for your reply and the offer, I've had a look on LANCAT and I'm in the process of sending an email to them to see if they can tell me exactly what records they hold for the Fulwood Workhouse and if the years I need researching are included. I will let you know when I get a reply back on what records they hold and if I still need someone to do the research.
