I am looking for the birth and marriage of William Timmings/Timmons. He was born in 1650 in Staffordshire and married a Priscilla ???? in 1579.

They emigrated to start a new life in Maryland English Colony and landed there in 1680.

On the Land documents he is listed as William Timmings in 1680 but the family now use the name of Timmons.

Can anyone help or advise where I may find the records.

regards David Timmins

David, could you check your facts please?

If he was born 1650 then how could he have married in 1579?

I'm guessing that should be 1679?

Well spotted Lynski.

David, on the left of these pages is a link "My Threads", clicking on that takes you back to any thread you've started or posted on. Rather than start a new thread on the same topic (which is against Gr's guidelines) just add a post to your existing thread to move it to the front of the boards.
