" I have been trying for a couple of weeks as paypal doesn't seem to be working at the moment. thanks Glenda

	Can you not register and get the free 15 credits or is there a catch and you have to select a package ?

	There's a catch - with the British Newspaper Library, you also have to buy a package. Minimum £6.95 or there abouts for 2 days access. 	Researching: Matthew and Jane Elwood who had my great great grandfather Francis Edward Elwood baptised in 1807 at Horsham Sussex. There is no sign of Matthew or Jane from this date and my great great grandfather was brought up as Francis Edward Elwood MITCHELL

	It was a different look up yesterday, on the BNA site. After registering, it tried to get me to take out a year's subscription and I couldn't work out how to not take any. The 2 day pass was the cheapest available

	I got the look up in British Newspapers as part of FMP

I prefer the search engine on the BNA site and sometimes find items on there that don't come up when using FMP. I've just registered again on the BNA site using hubbies email address and got the credits no problem, no enforced subscription.
