Hi all,
Thanks for the links.
Apologies for seeming to have transposed my vowels. Not a good start. Glad you spotted my mistake.
I did despite that manage to find the same passenger list on another site Chris which is where I managed to confirm my relatives were aborad. Thanks for the link.
Vicci, the second link was to a table I have seen but the shipping index is different to the one I found. Seems to have refs to a lot of ships of same name at same time but hopefully one is the right one.
Cynthia, sorry for taking so long to reply. Having been busy adding to the family tree with a 1,3 and 5 year old I don't always get on immediately.
Thanks all!

Cynthia

I have placed my great grand parents on a ship called Erota which arrived in Sydney on 13th May 1878. The ship was built in the 1860s and sank around 1890 and I would like to get a picture of it but can only find later vessels of the same name despite looking on the Shipping Index amongst other sites. I wondered if anyone else with emigrant relatives on the same ship might have a picture. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
