Samuel Jones, born Dublin 1864

Sam was my grand father. He died before I was born, so I never knew him, but his Marriage Certificate says he was born 18th June 1864 in Dublin, Ireland, to William & Mary (nee Persse) Jones. It seems there were two older brothers, Robert and Jack.
His mother died giving birth to Samuel, and William died within months from pneumonia brought on while helping to rescue horses trapped in their stables during a flood!
So, a birth and 2 deaths in Dublin in 1864 - but no confirm-able record that I can find.
The boys were brought up by their grand mother & an aunt. I don't know which side of the family they came from. It seems they came to Australia in the mid/late 1860's, but I've never been able to confirm that family arriving in Australia.
Help!!!

There is an Ancestry tree which has Jack marrying a Coral (unknown surname) in Canada and having one daughter also called Coral. Unfortunately no supporting evidence given.
