Sorry, my mistake - yes, it's McMorran.

There's a member's tree on Ancestry which has her details (don't know how accurate). Says her birth was 28/09/1895, in Tillicoultry, Clackmannanshire

That is brilliant thank you so much. Thats my Dads auntie I called her auntie Phemie (Euphemia) The witness Robert McMorrow Hymers do you think they made a spelling mistake and its McMorran ??? Thanks Very much for your help :-D :-D Ive got all this great info now and I have to go to work now :-(

Parents: David McMorran, factory engineman, and Elizabeth McMorran, ms Robertson.

Janet Miller, woollen weaver, age 22;
Usual address: 36 Wilderhaugh, Galashiels;
Parents: James Miller, woollen carder, and Janet Miller (deceased), ms Dowell.

Witnesses: Robert McMorrow Hymers and Euphemia Miller.

This is the only marriage in the whole of Scotland between people of those names, between 1900 and 1920:

Im not after anything in particular just who was she who was her Mum and Dad and siblings because Ive never really known anything about her. My family tree is very lop sided hardly anything on it.

You need to use Scotlands People - excellent site.
It's not a subscription site - you'll have to buy credits. £7 for 30 credits.

Ancestry has Scottish census records to 1901, but for 1911 (also earlier ones, of course) and BDM's you need Scotlands People.

There's no free equivalent to FreeBMD, though you might find something on Family Search.

Can anyone help with my Scottish side of the family my Grandmother Janet Miller b.1890 so many girls born at the same time called the same. Mine married Robert McMorran b. 1888 in Roxburghshire. For my English family I use FreeBMD to confirm births deaths and find marriages but Im stuck when it comes to the Scottish side of my family any tips on my searching greatly received. :-)
