You will have to order the certificates from the GRO

http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/default.asp

at a cost of £9.25 each

The only other thing you could try is to search for a newspaper report of his death

Hi can anyone help me find my husbands brothers record of exactly when he was born and died,so far I have found the following,then came to a stop!....

COLIN WELLS BORN 1943 IN TOTTENHAM NORTH LONDON.
DIED IN AN ACCIDENT IN 1946 AGED THREE YEARS IN TOTTENHAM,LONDON.

Would like to know exact date of birth and death. Any help would be fantastic.
