I think so.

Honora McKenna was her maiden name. She was a widow.

Does that mean she married Francis T Warner, James Cleary, Luke Donovan or Denis Glennon?

It was Francis T Warner. Found them in the 1901 census in Woolwich.

Thomas Rammell and Honoria McKenna had two children Baptised St Mary's Haddington Rd. Dublin 20 Feb.1880

Maria Joanna b 1869
William b Dec 1870

Sponsors for both were..
Nicholas Browne
Anna Cleary

Address at the time was
Charlotte Quay
Ringsend

No other Rammell/Mckenna's.....
Given dob then Baptism date I am inclined to think they werent Dublin Residents per se.
