Hi,
Please can someone help me find John Soper in the 1871 Census. I have found him and his family in the 1841, 51 & 61 Census but can't find John, his wife or any of their children in the 1871 Census. Any help or information will be gratefully received! I have the following information:
John Soper, Born 1801 in Ermington, Devon
Sarah Soper, wife of John, Born 1841 in Revelstoke, Devon
Their Children are:
William W. Soper
Mary J. Soper
Emma G. Soper
Thomas W. Soper
James Soper
Frederick Soper

Their residence in 1861 is in Plymouth Devon and I know that Frederick Soper married and lived in the Plymouth area.

Do you know how I can try to go back further and find John's parents as obviously there is no census information for that far back.
