This looks like the marriage of Rose from Greenock:

1914 GEMMELL ANTHONY FORSYTH ROSE PORT GLASGOW /RENFREW 574/00 0115

This will be the marriage of Rose from Tranent:

I can see nothing of the Greenock one on 1901 census

In 1901 the family are in Ireland.

I was intrigued enough to use some credits on SP, and found that her father was Robert Forsyth, born c1853, and Mary Weir (whose mother's name was Rose), born c1858.

Their marriage:
1889 (25th June) FORSYTH ROBERT WEIR MARY PORT GLASGOW /RENFREW 574/00 0073

Robert was an Engine Keeper (also at Rose's birth and marriage), and was a widower when he married Mary.

The family lived in Port Glasgow, at all the above occasions.
Couldn't find any of them in Scotland in 1901. However, came across this:

Chose Adelaide's birth at random, to check, and here she is, daughter of our Robert and Mary:

Here's Robert with his first wife, daughter Margaret (Maggie in 1901) and other children, in 1881. The house address is the same as that given for Anthony Gemmell, at his marriage to Rose - I wonder if the registrar got the bride and groom's addresses the wrong way round?? Rose's address is given as Clune Brae, Port Glasgow.

Agnes's death - Robert's first wife??

It didn't take him long to re-marry - no wonder, with all those children to look after.

Well, that might not be her - can't see a Forsyth/Steele marriage - but it's the only death of an Agnes Forsyth in Port Glasgow between 1881 and 1889.
