As I mentioned in the Genealogy Chat board I am trying to trace the death of a Daisy Wood who was born Nov 1925 in east London thought to have moved to south London in about 1969.

Any help appreciated.

If I am trying to find a death after 1970 which is the best online site to use.
The person I am looking for at the moment I do not know where they died, I was hoping to cross reference with the age at death.

After offers to help him, John decided to post on Find Ancestors

FMP not showing any Daisy Wood (+/- any other first names) with that birth date +/- 5 years who has died 1987 +/- 20 years anywhere in the country. No online bmd's after 2007

Is that her full and proper name?
Could Daisy have been a name she was known by rather than her actual name?
Are you sure she has died?

Ancestry does not find any deaths either.

Do you know she has passed as we have an aunt still living who was born in 1927 and still going strong !!
