I can't find a birth for Harriet Frances Williams born 1883+/- 1yr anywhere in the country so just wondering if she may have been adopted????

Looks like Harriett Frances, as Frances, with widowed mother Isabella McCann, so ? James Williams has died, Isabella has remarried and been widowed again?
Both Alexander and Harriett born Newcastle - the enumerator had a stamp for the local borns - clear as a bell, but obviously difficult to transcribe!!

Can anyone suggest were else I could look for information on the above gentleman I know he was born in Sheffield and was a Fish Hawker he married a lady called Isabella Johnston and they produced a daughter Harriett Frances
