William Pickett joined up 20/8/1914 says age 29 years 30 days = 21/7/1884 although he was baptised Willie Pickett 19/8/1884 by Martha Pickett a widow.

He was married to Edith and had 3 children including Dorothy May 1814 of 27,Brook Road Wood Green.
William's address 15,Ranelagh Road Wood Green discharged 22/5/1918.

Still can't find him 1911 nor can I fined him with middle initial J
