Andrew Report 30 Aug 2016 10:09

I have an ancestor, Cornelius Crosbee/Crosbie/Crosby, born in Birmingham c1841 to Henry and Harriett. He appears on the 1851 census with them. He his baptised in 1854.

He next appears(several times) in the Criminal Records in the 1850's and 1860's, finally appearing to be transported to Australia in 1866. I can see the record of his arrival and there is a possible crew list in 1873. I then loose track of him.

He is not on 1861 census in his own name. unless he is one of the 'C C' entries as an inmate.

Can anyone find any further record of him please?

There is a possible death in Prestwich in 1922 that might be him.

I don't need any other family info, its only Cornelius I'm chasing.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Andy
