Help please. I am unable to find a birth of Alfred Ernest Booker listed in births. Found him on 1911 living Horton Slough born Langley Bucks and in 1921 b Langley Bucks living in Minster Isle of Sheppey Kent. Listed as Albert Ernest. After that he is listed as Ernest Alfred Booker, until he died. Did they have to be registered on birth.
