Hello again Community,
It just dawned on me that I forgot to give some info re who
Emmas son i.e. Frederick Willis - i.e. who his Father might be.
Emma remained single all her life.
And on Fredericks christening there is only Emma mentioned - no Father
However, on Fredericks marriage cert in 1875 Frederick
claims that his Father is a Robert Willis??
I think perhaps that Frederick just dreamt up a name,
but perhaps that is a tad ungracious - because on other info that I have I see that Joseph Willis (Emma Janes grandfather) had a son called Robert Willis, so an uncle to Emma, great uncle to Frederick, but maybe I am reading too much into it. Again I would be much obliged for your help. Best regards Ann

The boy obviously gave a fictional name for his father when marrying. Or so one would hope!
