I am trying to find a Frances or Fanny Whitbey who stated in 1851 born in Eastchurch Kent in 1823. Found no birth for her in Kent. Wondering if she could possibly have got married and Whitbey was her married name Would appreciate any help please

Born 1823, there would be ONLY a baptism record - not a birth.

Where was the woman living in 1851?

OK, the Whitley baptism with father George isn't the right one.
And in that case, there's no record of Fanny's baptism, as far as I can see.

Nor any sign of a William Whitby in Eastchurch.

Thankyou so much for the findings, obviously it’s better to get a marriage cert,to get her father, I know the father of Robert Bright is also a Robert Bright. Possibly a William Whitbey could be on the Isle of Sheppey on the 1841 and 1851 census. Eastchurch is over the water from it.
