I believe he was married to Ann Powell b.1760-1832 on 29th January 1781 and they lived in Shobdon, Herefordshire.
Do anyone know who was Isaac Wyles's parents?

Does anyone Know......?

Not without looking it up - so where have you looked already?

Someone called Christine also has him on her tree ( see search all members trees) - you could try contacting her to see what she knows.

added: The FMP entry for his marriage does not give parents names

Spellings were often ‘as heard’. Most people were illiterate. Bear that in mind

Unless, of course, you have different 1841 census info which you haven’t shared with us……….

Who registered the death?

Don't get hooked on spelling names the way you think they should be spelt or how they are spelt now.

Unless your ancestors were well educated they probably did not know how to spell their surname, so most documents will be what ever the Official thought they said.

Google for a list of alternate spellings !

Think how a regional accent might change how the name might be heard and therefore spelt.
