Member Since: February 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hallo I am trying to find out some more information about my Great Great Grandfather Matthew Shannon. We know he was living in Dublin , when my Great Grandfather Michael Shannon was born on 27/7/1854. He also had a daughter Ellen b. 10/9/1852 and another son George Joseph b.16/5/1851 His wife Elizabeth was born in Dublin 1832/3 and later married Peter Brougham He is described on Michael's Marriage certificate as a Government Contractor. Also who we think is his father John Shannon born in Southend (Kintyre)Scotland in 1786 son of Neil Shannon. Thank you Pam
