My mother was Eleanor Williams, sister of Hannah, Thomas and Philip. Born 1914 in Liverpool the child of Hugh Thomas Williams and Edith Mary (nee Jarman Jones) Eleanor went to Grove Street Private school , Liverpool and then to Bangor University. She became a teacher and married Stanley Jones in 1942
