Welcome to the boards, Barry.

As Malyon says, your best bet to contact Diane is to click on her name and send a private message.
If she still uses the same email address as the one she has registered with GR, she will be notified that she has a message from you.

Unfortunately, there's no guarantee that she will read it or reply to it.
Good luck!

Hi Diane, I am a Jackson from Ogley Hay in Brownhills and would be happy to help with your research.

I am trying to trace any Jackson's, particularly Thomas Jackson, who I believe lived in Watling Street Brownhills, or Ogley Hay Brownhills, but I am interested in any Jacksons from Brownhills for my research.
