Member Since: June 2008 Posts: 3 Send Message	hi there my name is joan and im trying to trace some of my ancestors my grandfather was alexander chalmers (policeman) he was married to helen morrison the had about 11 or 12 children my father being one of them dad was married to joyce chapple then there was alexander he was married to matty then there was jean she was married to hugh barr they went to south africa to live then there was twins john and martha but then died when they were in their early teens the rest of them all i bit unsure about regards joan

Member Since: January 2007 Posts: 0 Send Message	hello fellow searchers, i am trying to trace any information on my great grandparents with no success, my gr grandmother was mary towler chalmers br abb. 1890 in the fyvie area. she was married to alan mitchell br abb. 1890 also in the fyvie area. they had five children that i am aware of, william who married lena, james who married margaret, elizabeth who married john moir, margaret who married hugh burr and my granda also alan mitchell born 1911 in fyvie and he was married to agnes napier born 1917 new deer. any help would be much appreciated.
