Hi I am trying to trace my branch of the Hirsts which appears to be based around Linthwaite and Brighouse. Within the area I knnow there were connections with Thorntons and Binns' families. My father was Peter Thornton Hirst, and his father Thomas Walker Hirst. My ggrandfather was Herbert Hirst. I know there was a connection with Smithey Carr Lane in Brighouse. CAn anyone help??
