It's actually dated 25 June 1764,

Administration of the estate of Blemell Pollard of Ashford was granted to Robert Turner who was the grandfather and guardian of Robert Blemell Pollard, aged 11, who was the son of the deceased.

If this Robert Blemell Powell was born 1753 then he's unlikely to be the father of Charles Frederick who married Jane, but could be his grandfather.

The one question I have is where the name Blemell started as Great Great Grandfather was ROBERT BLEMELL POLLARD he owned the property which was Blemell School and sold it in 1851 for Pounds 16 000 and now Brompton Oratatory Irene Pollard re Jane Pollard nee Emans :-) :-)
