I was born KATHLEEN MANDY PEACOCK and was born on the 23rd of May 1959 at St Thomas's Hospital in Lambeth, London. All I know is: At the time of my birth, my mother lived at 23 Northcott Road, Battersea, S.W.11. I was adopted and my name became MANDY LOUISE KEMP. My name now is MANDY LOUISE McEVOY.
