Member Since: January 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	I am trying to get more information on my great grandfather, William Wild, he was born around 1883, in Laisterdyke in Bradford and was married to Mary Shillam. They had 7 children, my grandfather was Harry and was born in August 1914. He had one other brother and 4 sisters. One child died at birth. One of the sisters died when she was 5. I know that one of his sisters, Lily, lived in Keighley after the death of William and Mary, until she died (between 1975-1979). My grandfather, Harry, married Edith from Goldthorpe and they lived in Bradford, Ilkey and then Dronfield. I also need more infomation on Mary, William's wife, as there is very little to go on. I have found William in the 1881 and 1891 census, and I am needing some more information on his parents as well (Thomas and Phoebe). I have discovered in the 1901 census that William had two more brothers, Alfred born (c1895 Bradford) and Arthur (c1893 Bradford). One of William's brothers, Jonas (c1886 Bradford) ended up living in Carnforth, another, Jack, ended up in Ramsgate. I have found more information on William's wife, Mary, but can not locate them in 1901 cenus.
