Trying to find Walsh

i am trying to trace any living relatives of james walsh,he was my grandfather and all i know about him is that he was in the navy in the early 1920s and he sailed from either dublin or cork to plymouth where he met my gran... he stayed for only a short time and only visited at my mothers christening...my mother is now in her 80s and wishes she had met her father,she has often wondered if she has any brothers or sisters...
