Hi Pen, Thank you for giving me so many Ann Youngs to choose from! In 1861 she says she is from Hythe, her marriage in 1853 is in the district of Elham and her first child Walter was born Sklinge (probably Pedlinge near Hythe) so View Record Ann Young abt 1827 Kent, England Mersham Kent is sort of in that area. Do you have any more on this one please? Many thanks, David

Hi, i'm new to all this so don't have a great deal of information at present. Looking for any Bocock's or Raynor Bococks in Bradford Yorkshire area. My great grandma was Kate Raynor Bocock, married Allan Walker of ?Salford/Lancashire, she had sisters Edith and Alice, father Samuel and Mother Emily ?Raynor. Incidently Alice married Allan's brother Reginald Walker, 2 sisters with 2 brothers! very confusing. Don't have any birth years for them although guessing around 1900 for Kate and 1880 for parents. Sorry not much to go on. Regards Hannah

Added by Frances Wells on 11/08/2006 14:58:44 Hi Pen, I found two wives for Job Campbell and the 1851 confirms the first and the 1861, which you kindly found, agrees with the second. I am still having no success finding Job (1824 Cheltenham) or Ann Young (1827 Hythe) in IGI. Is there anywhere else to look? Please could you check the 1841 for them, on the off chance they are with their respective families? Hi Pen, thanks for the info - I'm working out in South Africa at the moment so Parish record searches may have to wait til I get home :o) Elsie Webster, mother Houghton...must be the one, she's North Bierley which is a district within Bradford. Have checked on the 1901 census and Annie Houghton (her Mum) was living at Bottoms Farm with her parents and siblings. which all ties in...so I'm now tracking back ... Thanks for your help and advice :o) Kindest regards, Paula x
