Hi Cheryl Please could you find some people in the 1871 census for me. I think it is going to be tricky as I don't know where they were born: Mary Thomas b 1856 Alfred Thomas b 1860 Annie or Ann or Anne Thomas (sister) could be older or younger. I think they will be in/ near St Clears in Camarthenshire in 1871. I believe their father was born in St Clears possibly called William Thomas, because I think his sister was Ann Thomas who married an ancester of mine and these 3 that I am looking for are her neices/ nephew. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would like a RG reference too please. Many thanks Felicity

Cheryl, The 1851 census you have looked at could be the correct family for Ebenezer Henry Wescott. Sometimes shown as Westcott although should read Wescott. Could you please look at the 1861 census to see if you can find anything. I have the 1871 census onwards. In 1871 he was living at Beaumont Road, No1, Beaumont Terrace,Leyton, Essex. Thanks for all your help. Marion

Hi Cheryl Please would you check the 1861 census for Elizabeth Wyles born in Market Deeping, Lincs. in 1837. Would it also be possible for you to check the 1871 census for her please. I have found a possible marriage in 1869 in Spalding to a William Hall. In 1881census there is a William Hall and Eliza Hall living in Ardwick, Lancs with 3 children and Elizabeth is the right age but it says she was born in Bourne which is the registration district for Market Deeping. Many thanks. Frances
