Many thanks Lorraine, this is my Ford family allright, on 1851, Alfred is called Clifford so i didnt know if i had the right family, but this confirms it. Elizabeth's Maiden name was Rolfe, so i would be interested to know who her Rolfe neighbours were if its convenient to you. Again, many thanks, Maggie.

Hi Lorraine, thank you for looking for Samuel Hooper Hale b1815 or 1819 little waltham, sussex,he is proving to be very difficult to find.If you have time could you look and see if there are any Samuel Hale's who's wife was Josephine ? A Samuel Hooper Hale married a Josephine Louisa Warner in 1833 in St Saviour,Southwark Surrey and I have always thought this could have been his first wife although he was a little young to marry. Thanks ever so much for trying, kindest regards Kath

If you could look up Jane Colgan on the 1841 census for me I would be very grateful. She was born in Bradford Yorkshire in 1801 and her children were: Elizabeth born abt 1824, James abt 1827, Mary A born abt 1831, AE born about 1833, Susan born abt 1835 and Sarah born abt 1837. She is listed as being a provisioner at 131 Upper Fredrick Street in Liverpool in 1841, but she is not showing up at that address on the library's Microfiche census of 1841. Thanks very much. Alex.

Hi Lorraine Could you please look for Thomas Millington abt 1818-1821 sevonoaks, Cheshire, who may or may not be married to Mary abt 1831 (or 1824!) from Antrobus, Cheshire. They start having children in 1849 who were all born in Antrobus. He was a salt lofter. Thanks Karen
