Hi Lorraine thanks for the look-up offer I hope mine are there I know the children were born in the Rotunda Hospital. Thomas Lawlor born 1872c Dublin and he should be married to Emily (Ryan) born 1877c Liverpool. Not sure of the children as quite a few died in infancy. Georgina.

Sorry, Lorraine, had to leave the pc for hubby. Thanks for looking. The Peakes are a side branch and I really know very little about them other than the fact that they came from Ireland originally. The one who married into my family was William Henry Aston Peake, a professor of metallurgy and he died in S Africa in 1883 at the age of 28. Thanks again Davina

Davina, Took a look at the 1851 census and found these two head of households....... JOSEPH PEAKE of Charlotte street,St Peters,South of river Liffey. WILLIAM PEAKE of Amiens street,St Thomas's,North of river Liffey. Hope they help at a later stage Lorraine

Hi Lorraine I'm not positive this chap will be in your census, but would be grateful if you could have a look, please. He is John Shaw PEAKE b 1826 in Dublin. I think his wife was Elizabeth Esther. That's all I know about him I'm afraid. Thanks a lot Davina
