Wow.. Thank you for your offer! I have been searching for a marriage between Job Martin & Sarah Ann Weller. They lived in Bexley Heath until they married them moved to St MAry Cray...all in Kent. They were married by 1901 census, so could you please check 1899, 1900 & 1901??? Thank you & good luck. PS..it is not Job Lewis Martin & Sarah Berry.

Hi again Tony :O) I've checked the birth ref for you but maiden names of mothers weren't included until much later (third quarter of 1911 I think?) Here it is for reference anyway: Jun 1861 - William George FULLER - Eton 3a 377 Louise :O)

Hi Tony, :O) I'm afraid I'd need at least the first two letters of the spouse surname to be able to cross ref for you. There were no William Henry FULLER marriages between 1860-1861 in either Eton or Greenwich, but the following William's may be of interest (other districts) Jun 1860 - William FULLER - Edmonton 3a 165 Sep 1860 - William FULLER - Pancras 1b 7 Sep 1861 - William FULLER - Croydon ?a 601? Dec 1861 - William FULLER - Strand 1b 702 Sorry I couldn't locate them, Louise

P.S. for Sue! I'm obviously not awake yet as although I searched for the marriages, I chose the years they were likely to have been born, not married, doh!! I'll try 1916-1919 for you, oops! Will report back! ;O) Louise

Hi Sue, Birth - Mar 1918 - PANNELL Rosie - Mother's Maiden: PANNELL - Windsor 2c 672 There were no marriages for an Amelia Rose PANNELL in the four complete years I checked between 1894-1897 inclusive. I took pot luck choosing the dates to hopefully tie in with the birth above! Let me know which other years you'd like checked (no more than 3 years or 12 quarters/searches per request please!) Louise :O)

Hi Jane, I'm able to search from the beginning of 2002 to the end of 2003 for you, and there are no death records for either EVANS I'm afraid, using the years of birth provided. Sorry I couldn't help :O( Louise

Squiggles Report 28 Dec 2005 01:43

Hi Maureen, :O) I'm afraid I have the same problem as you, without a surname for Jane, I can't cross ref the marriages. FreeBMD shows four names for the Jun 1860 Newcastle L marriage however, 2 brides and two grooms, and neither bride is a Jane. So that leaves your Dec 1859 marriage in Wolstanton as the most likely, but without a surname for the spouse, I can't double check it. Sadly, 1837online doesn't allow searches by district/volume/page number etc, solely by names:O( Louise

Hi Louise, please can you help me find wife of John Steele (Jane) Both born Staffordshire. Marriage 1859 or 1860. Found John on marriage 1859 (Wolstanton) but three people showing not four. Same thing 1860 Newcastle-underLyme. Many thanks

Hi Nicola, I've had no success at all I'm afraid :O( But for info, I searched births for all quarters between 1854 and 1858 for Bertha and found precisely none! I then searched marriages between 1871-1873 and 1881-1883 with no success. I did get excited when I found a marriage ref for a Bessie PARR in Bristol thinking maybe she might have been known as Bessie, but sadly, no matching entry for William PERRY :O( Sorry! Louise :O)
