Hi anne,

Could you look for Jeannie (Jessie ?) Jones for me.
I have her on her marriage cert. as Jeannie aged 25 in 1902, father Robert - Marine Engineer. (she married in the county of Lancaster).
I have found her on 1901census in Lancashire as Jeannie - servant - born 1877 in Scotland.
I think I have her on the 1891 Scotish cenus as living in Glasgow,St George (but having been born in Wales !!) but her name is Jessie (father Robert - ship engineer - born Wales). Her older and younger siblings born in Glasgow ! (Maybe not the right person ?)
I can find no trace of any of the family in 1881 census in England/Wales.
Can you look on the Scottish census.

Any help much appreciated.
Wendy

DONALDSON Sarah, 15 years, born Glasgow, Scotland DONALDSON Archibald, 13 years, born Glasgow Scotland DONALDSON Elizabeth, 9 years DONALDSON James, 8 years DONALDSON William, 6 years They should be living with their mother Elizabeth, I think their father James had died by 1881.
