IAN HEXTALL Hi Ian Thanks for getting in touch but I'm a bit confused by your request. If I understand it right you would like information about any Hextall's in my family so you can add them to your research. As far as I know I don't have any of this name in my tree, so don't know how I can be of help to you. Unless I've totally misunderstood what you were asking. If so please get back to me again. Dawn :-)

ROSALYN BARCLAY Hi Rosalyn Thanks for the congrats. The baby is due at the end of June, beginning of July. Not quite a honeymoon baby, more like a wedding day baby!!! I've been having to take things a bit easy as I've lost 3 in the past, but so far things are looking good. I'll be 14 weeks tomorrow. We went and had a scan the Friday before Christmas which was great. We had had previous ones but this time it looked like a baby rather than an alien!!!! Sam, my 11 year old son thought it was cool, a typical boy. Anything with a bit of gunk!!! At the moment the main cravings are mashed potatos and Big Macs. Not together, that would be too weird, even for me!!! Thanks again and I'll keep you posted with how things are going. Chat with you soon. Dawn :-)

MICHAEL ALTON Hi Mike I had a look for all James Dudgeon's throughout Scotland, just incase. Maybe one of them is yours, if his parents went for a walkabout. If they stayed in Fife, they could have been Catholic, like some of my Scottish relations were and none of them are listed in my records. Dawn :-) JAMES DUDGEON, ch 20 Apr 1662, Aberlady, East Lothian, Father WILLIAM DUDGEON JAMES DUDGEON, ch 7 Aug 1675, Prestonkirk, East Lothian, Father WILLIAM DUDGEON JAMES DUDGEON, ch 28 Jun 1682, Polwarth, Berwick, Father WILLIAM DUDGEON JAMES DUDGEON, ch 16 Sep 1688, Aberlady, East Lothian, Father JAMES DUDGEON, Mother ISABEL HATCH

BETTY BOO FROM DUNDEE Hi Betty Sorry that I didn't get round to your search before. I'm afraid that I won't be able to help this time as my records only go up to 1854 and a little later. If you manage to get back a generation or two, then I'd be more than happy to see if I can track some down for you. The baby's due at the end of June, so quite a while to go yet. Hope you're not too cold with all this lovely snow. hope to be able to help in the future. Thanks Dawn :-)

Hi Dawn Silly me....Didn't read the fine print did I. You will probably not be able to help on the mother's side either. Whilst I know lots of who's who (from a distant relly) we were not supplied with dates BM or D so I cannot ask you to try to go in totally blind for me. I will try and get some indication of dates. The furthest back we can go was a Jessie McMillan probably born about 1850 ish I believe in Catrine, Ayrshire later married into the Willison family (do not know his first name) Probably not enough for you. Will try and twist a few arms at my end for dates etc. Thanks Dawn and best wishes for the happy event. Norm.

Thanks Dawn Thank you for looking up my request despite your pregnancy and the snow ! It is very hot here and we are having tropical storms. I made a big booboo when I said Duncan McNie's (born approx 1797) parents were Duncan McNie(McNee) and Catherine Ferguson. It should have read Catherine Ferguson and Malcolm McNie(Malcom McNee) ! I have too many Duncans in my tree ! If you could have another look for me for their births and marriage I would really appreciate it. Take care of yourself and have a Happy New Year. Regards Robyn NZ

Hi Dawn, I was wondering if you can check out the names of this relatives parents. I'm trying to determine whether I have the right mother and that her maiden name is spelt right. The details I have for him is Peter McClory 23/04/1865 Mochrum, Wigtown. And if there were any other children that may have been born there. His father was Thomas McClory. Thanks in advance for anything you may find. Laurie
