Susie My interests are in the MORECRAFT/MOORCRAFT families (spelling varies) in 1841 (I have the later data) There should be 2 or 3 families in Winslow, 1 or 2 in Burnham and 1 (?) in Lane End. (there are others in Wycombe and Amersham but without an index that would be a lot of scanning to do) Thanks Peter

hi sam sorry i forgot to add that it was 1851. the bird in hand is now a pub in the village of west wycombe so i should assume that the bird in hand was a small hamlet but i may be wrong. there seem to be a lot of families giving hteir address as the bird in hand on the census. susie

Hi Susie, can you do an 1861 lookup for me please? I am looking for a William Scrivens 45, Wife Ann 39 and Daughter Hannah 18. They should be in either Gloucestershire or Worcestershire. If Worcs they will be in Broadway (Evesham district) I have tried 1837 on line but cannot find them. I know that in 1851 they were in Gloucs (Winchcombe). I want to know where they are living 1861. Thanks for your help. Andy C

Hi Jess and welcome back Susie Sorry about the confusion with Annie(nee Archer and formerly Rowland) marriage to Thomas Peryer, who incidently was also married previously and widowed in 1901(Her name was Hannah Sullivan). Looking for a marriage between Thomas Peryer and Ann(ie) Rowland about 1902/3 in West Ham. Thanks if any one can find them . I do have Thomas's first marrige. Trying to join Ancestry myself, but forgotten my password and been waiting 36hrs at least for an e-mail and I've e-mailed them too. Kind Regards Linda
