Hi Lorraine, hope you are not too swamped with requests that you can't fit in one more, Please? Dublin 1851 Census is my interest. My Great Grand father was William JONES, and the girl who would later be his wife was Mary PERSSE. They married I estimate the late 1850's, (almost certainly Protestant) they had three sons: Jack, Robert and SAMUEL on June 18th, 1864. Mary died giving birth to Samuel. Six weeks late William died from pneumonia brought on while helping to rescue horses in a flood. I'm finding it almost impossible to learn more about William & Mary. HOPE you can help. Any information would be a bonus! Wendy in Wesstern Australia.

Hi Lorraine This is a stab in the dark, but I'm wondering if you could do a search for MOSES CORBETT born in IRELAND c. 1833. According to the 1881 Scottish Census, he was living at 104 Kirk Street, Motherwell with his children Thomas 18, Margaret 16 and William 14. When he died in 1889, he was living at 44 Kirk Street, Motherwell, Scotland. I was just wondering if there was any information prior to 1881, and also if there might be any information about his wife. With best wishes, Marcia
