Hi Laurie Could you please see if you can find reference to any of the following in the 1851 Census for me: Charles and Ann Blackman - they were in Orlestone, East Ashford area in 1851. John Wood aged 31 maybe Chiddingstone Kent possibly with wife Elizabeth aged 31 Many thanks for the help. Sue

Hi Laurie, Would you be able to look up Liston Mill for me, it is on the Essex/Suffolk border so could be under either of these duristictions. Would be interested to have details of who was living there at that time. Thankyou for your time. Ruth. (spelling is sometimes Lyston)

Hi Laurie can you see if you have an address for the following please....... Birmingham (around St Phillips or Aston area I think) William Wilson Head 39 Gun barrel filer Matilda Wife 35 Sarah Daugh 17 Pearl Button Maker James son 15 Gun barrel filer Henry son 13 jeweller William son 12 brass founder Joseph son 10 Jeweller this was taken from the 51 census but no address was given. I use to have the full address but when the pc crashed I lost all. thanks debs

Thanks for your kind offer. I am looking for Thomas and Ann Williamson parents of Dorothy b 1832 Ann b 1840 Thomas b 1841 Mary b 1842 Children all born in Greatham, County Durham. Suspect Thomas Snr also born Greatham but know nothing of his wife. Thomas had various occupations - farmer, innkeeper, labourer. I think they remained in County Durham, possibly Hartlepool or Stockton area. Thanx Beth :)

Hi Laurie, Could you please look for William Woodruff, born Glossop, Derby c 1838 on 1851 census for me? I haven't found his birth YET!! so that is all the info I can give you, except that I have found him on 1881 census in Hougham, Dover, Kent and 1891 census in Sheffield. Hi Laurie, I wonder if you feel strong enough to find for me: FREDERIC SMITH, born 1850, in Newick Sussex. I haven't been able to find his birth but he married Lydia jane Russell I believe in 1879 in Uckfield (also Sussex) and I found him on the 1891 census living in Rotherfield, Sussex, age 41. I hope this isn't asking too much of you but would be very grateful if you can. Many thanks Jean

Hi, I'm trying my longshots here : William FABER (b. c1820) Whitechapel area. Sarah HAYSEY (b. c1821 - St Pancras area) These two are just nowhere - anytime anyplace - if you can find them I'd be so grateful. I know that in 1840 they were living at Henry Street, Limehouse but that's it ... Anything, gratefully received. Jill

Hi Laurie: If you are still taking requests, I have one please. George Ibbotson, born 7-Sep-1835 or 9-Sep-1836, Sheffield. He should have still been in Sheffield in 1851. Believe he was a cutler, if that helps. Thank you, Laurie.

Can you check the Bedfordshire 1851 for me please ? I'm looking for William Barnett (might find it as Barnard)b.1801, his wife Anne, same year and whoever else was in their household at the time. They were living in Keysoe. Thanks a lot
