If 1851 census is available great if not 1881 for any of them. Mary Bella Reid b1851 Edinburgh(St Cuthberts for all children) John Reid 1843 Edinburgh William Reid 1848 Edinburgh mother Janet Miller-John Reid if impossible to find on 1881 then a marriage for Mary Bella ,John or William Reid if possible.Sorry such a common name I added as much as I could I certainly dont expect it all. Thanks millions Jan x

Carol Here are two Deaths and below is a birth in 1864. Each image costs 5 credits to view so if you are sure you want one of these let me know - unfortunatley they don't give much extra info with the searches. I'd guess that if they as you say were in London by 1865 with another child, then the birth and death in 1864 is more likely. DEATHS Criteria : Surname: "MCINTOSH"; Forename: "JOHN"; District: Canongate; Year From: 1863; Year To: 1865 No. Year Surname / Maiden Name Forename Mother Surname Sex Age District County GROS Data Image Extract 1 1864 MCINTOSH JOHN M - CANONGATE MIDLOTHIAN 685/03 0217 2 1865 MCINTOSH JOHN M - CANONGATE MIDLOTHIAN 685/03 0488 BIRTHS Criteria : Surname: "MCINTOSH"; Forename: "JOHN"; District: Canongate; Sex: Male; Year From: 1863; Year To: 1864 No. Year Surname Forename Parent Name Sex District County GROS Data Image Extract 1 1864 MCINTOSH JOHN M CANONGATE MIDLOTHIAN 685/03 0003 Plase send a direct e-mail for image Cheers Michelle

Hello Michelle, would it be possible to look for the death of John McIntosh/Mackintosh/Macintosh for me. He was born in approximately 1863 to John McIntosh and Elizabeth Hume, in the Canongate area of Edinburgh and was christened at St Giles Church. By 1865, the family are in London and have another John, christened, there. It looks as though the 1st John died at an early age (between 0 and 2). Is this enough information for you to check for me please? Best wishes Carol
