Hello Lynda I'm trying to trace my great grandparents - JOHN RADLEY AND HANNAH POLLEY - they lived at 45 GEORGE ROW, BERMONDSEY (Registration District Saint Olave, County of Surrey). Were at this address in 1876 appearing on my grandfather's birth certificate (also a John Radley born 11.09.1976). I cannot trace them back from this date, i.e. no wedding certificate found, and cannot find any siblings. Many thanks for your help. Sue Down

Hi Lynda Is it possible for you to lookup a census page from this information: Elizabeth Plummer Bethnal Green 488 75a. If so I would be very grateful, interested in who else is listed with her and the address she was living at. Many Thanks Sharon

Hi Lynda, Thanks for looking! Are you able to search anything after that date? Or just by surname? Who was living at the address in 1871...just out of curiousity? Only if you have time! BFN Sam

Hi Sam There are no Williams at 123 Broadwall in 1871. I haven't any other CD's for Births Marriages I'm afraid. I have a partial name index for 1871 and there is no Lucy that ties in with yours. Sorry. Lynda

Hi Lynda, I have posted already, but just seen that you are covering the exact area I'm searching. So thanks for the offer and hope you can find something - here goes - I'm searching the Williams at the moment - my maiden name. Have an address 123 Broadwall, St Saviours, Southwark, this shows Lucy as Head but widowed, with my great grandfather William Joseph Williams born 1872 - however no father mentioned. We have found a marriage record for Lucy and a Joseph Frances Williams. Would like to find birth for him and death etc would love to know circumstances surrounding also! Also found(but now lost) record from 1891 census showing that Lucy remarried and was now a Jones(my married name!)with another child. Any info on births, marriages, deaths, locations etc appreciated, trying to fit the pieces of the puzzle together, would love to know if they were just lodging there or part of other local Williams's! Look forward to your reply. Sam via Martin Williams(MY DAD)

Hi Lynda, thanks for looking for my HINTON family - I will have to try and discover where they might be. As for the SUTHERBY family and Cambridge Heath Road -it cuts across Bethnal Green Road in my 1882 map. Apologies to you - I will try and discover which registration district it is in. Once again thanks, your help was much appreciated. best regards Kathy

Lynda, If you don't get any results from where you expect someone to be, do you want to send them to me to see if I can turn them up in the (still incomplete tho') Index? I do have a Message running, although I don't have too much time at the weekend usually. Pauline.
