HI Janet Thanks for the look-up. I suspected that Louise Jenkins was William Eckert's sister. It is surprising that Bertha is not listed. Is there no record at all of her in the census? She would have been about 7. Also do you have the ages of the four people living with William Eckert? Just one more thing - are there any other Eckerts living in the Middlesbrough or Stockton areas at that time? Thanks again Lucy
