Hi can anyone help me to find my half brother billy he was last living in newcastle under lyme staffs he will in his late 40 s fathers name also same.
He is the only blood relative i have left so i can not gain any info from anyone.
It would make me so happy if i could find him.
PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP I WOULD BE SO VERY GRATEFUL.

Have you tried the electoral rolls available on 192.com
