Hello,
Is there anyone who has come across an Edward Wilkinson born 1889 a Alexander Wilkinson his adopted son.
I am trying to find imformtion on a Alexander Wilkinson . He was adopted by a EDWARD WILKINSON B1889 Bury Lancashire
and a Mary Beatrice WILKINSON nee Ashton ( Polly ) b1893
Bramhall Cheshire ,around the late 1920's or the 1930's .

I used to visit" Aunt Polly " but all I can remember about Alex is
that he was adopted . They lived in the Bury area and Edward
was some sort of engineer," Polly " used to give piano lessons .
Is there anyone else researching this family or has connections with Wilkinsons in Lancashire ?

Could just add Edward Wilkinsons father was John Wilkinson and his mother was Elizabeth Connor

I checked the search box above and an 'Isabel' has an Edward in her tree who seems to fit your description.
