Find Ancestors

I cannot find George William Wilkinson , 1883 Hoxton, London on any of the records except the 1891 Census. Now I think he married Mary Ann Beton between 1905 - 1913 - they went to live in Dalston, London, they had a son called John William Wilkinson (my uncle) who died in Burma 1945. Any other children ? Anyone know of him ?
